  • Best meal ever: angel hair pasta with rich creamy alfredo and lightly steamed broccoli served with fresh garden salad and warm buttery rolls on the side. a glass of white berringer zinfandel. chocolate raspberry cheesecake and coffee with cream and sugar for dessert, or hot tea.
  • My Original Recipes: carmelized mango & salmon over organic brown rice; tuna linguine; mushroom stirfry over sticky rice; etc. etc. i live by myself, never use a cookbook, and always use only what i have on hand.
